Terms of Service
Version v0, published Oct 26, 2026, 4:17 PM (Philippine time)
Draft, for owner review. Not legal advice.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply when you use Plyora at plyoraph.com, as a guest or with an account. By creating an account or making a booking, you agree to them. Plyora is operated by [company name and address, to be filled in by the owner].
1. What Plyora is
Plyora helps you find and book sports courts and coaches in the Philippines. Venues are run by Venue Partners and coaching is offered by Coaches. Plyora is not the venue or the coach: each booking is an agreement between you and the Venue Partner or Coach.
2. Accounts
- You need to be at least [18] years old, or have a parent's or guardian's permission, to create an account.
- One person, one account, one role. A Venue Partner who also wants to book courts elsewhere needs a separate Player account with a different email.
- Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us at support@plyoraph.com if you think someone else has used it.
- Give true information, including your name, phone number, and sport ratings. Ratings are self-reported and Plyora does not check them.
3. Booking and paying
- When you start a booking, the courts or slots are held for you for up to 10 minutes while you pay.
- You pay the Venue Partner or Coach directly, using the QR code or payment details shown at checkout. Plyora never receives the booking money. Check that the account name matches the venue before you pay.
- You upload your receipt and reference number. The booking is Confirmed only when the Venue Partner or Coach approves your payment.
- Each venue and coach has their own terms, house rules, and policies, which you accept before booking.
4. The 2% transaction fee
A 2% transaction fee is added to every court and coaching booking, on the court or coaching rate. It is shown as its own line before you pay, and you pay it to the Venue Partner or Coach together with the booking amount. The transaction fee is non-refundable: if a Confirmed booking is later cancelled or passed on, the court or coaching rate may be refunded, but the 2% fee is not.
5. Cancellations and changes
- Players cannot cancel a Confirmed booking. If you cannot make it, you can reschedule where the venue or coach allows it, or pass the booking to another player through Court Pasalo.
- Only the Venue Partner or Coach can cancel a Confirmed booking, with a reason. They must then refund you the court or coaching rate directly and record the refund in Plyora. The 2% fee is not refunded.
- Problems with a booking can be raised through the booking chat or with Plyora support.
6. Reviews and content
- You can review a venue or coach after a Completed booking. Reviews must be honest and about your own experience.
- Do not post anything unlawful, abusive, misleading, or that is not yours to share. Plyora may remove content that breaks these Terms.
- Public pages show only your first name and initials, never your full name or contact details.
7. Acceptable use
Do not misuse Plyora: no fake bookings or receipts, reused receipts, scraping, attempts to break security, or harassment of other users. Plyora may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.
8. Plyora's role and liability
Plyora provides the platform as it is. Venue Partners and Coaches are responsible for their venues, courts, sessions, safety, and refunds. To the extent the law allows, Plyora is not liable for what happens at a venue or during a session. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under Philippine consumer law. [Owner and lawyer to review this section.]
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. We will show the new version in the app, and you may be asked to accept it again. The version you accepted and the date are recorded.
10. Law and contact
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Questions: support@plyoraph.com.
